Modular 2-Piece Small Flap Patio Pet Door

Combines Beauty with Convenience

Perfect for your cat or small dog, the Modular Patio Pet Door breaks down into two pieces for easy storage and transporting and is a great choice for customers who want the option of removing their patio pet door from time to time. The panels are very easy to assemble, requiring only aligning the top portion over the two insert pegs and inserting a screw to secure the panels. The frame is aluminum, with a safety glass upper portion. A spring loaded panel allows for an approx. 2.5 inch adjustment range. Because these patio inserts are designed to fit in the same channel as your sliding door, your sliding door will open and close to the pet insert unit, which stays in place and creates a beautiful, seamless appearance. A pin lock assembly is included, as well as weather stripping to seal the door against drafts. The Modular Patio Door can straddle any top rail of 5/8" width or narrower. It is secured with 2 thumbscrew locks, accessible from inside the house only, ensuring that it cannot be removed from the outside. The bottom section of the Modular Patio Pet Door has an overall width of 5/8” and is designed to straddle a center floor rail up to 5/16”, on the existing sliding glass door. This allows your Modular Patio Pet Door to remain centered to the frame of your sliding door.
