SHIPPING POLICY


    Our lightning fast order fulfillment is one key reason we are the world's leading website for pet electronics. Because we manufacture most of what we sell, About 98% of our items are in stock. Most other online pet websites and pet malls rely on distributors and manufacturers to drop ship their orders. This third party shipping often creates delays. Most of our orders ship directly from our own warehouse to ensure that your product gets out to you more quickly and error free. In fact, most orders received before 12:30 PM Pacific Standard Time ship the same business day. However, some special items may require 7 to 14 days for delivery and in some very rare cases an item may not be in stock because of a manufacturing delay. If there is ever such a delay we will contact you via phone or email, give you the projected shipping date and of course, allow you the option of cancelling your order at no cost to you.

    Please note: Air shipping implies business days (Monday-Friday) For example, a 2nd Day Air order placed by 1 PM PST on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
