To qualify for a refund, your purchase must have been made directly from High Tech Pet Products website. If you bought a High Tech Pet product through another retailer (EX: Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco Next, Costco), please return it to that store and follow their return policy.
Products must be returned in original, unmodified condition. Items that have been painted, drilled, or otherwise altered are not eligible for a refund. Please inspect your product carefully before making any custom changes.
We offer a full refund of the product purchase price within 90 days for any reason. Return shipping costs are covered for all returns when requested. However, if you choose to return an item using your own carrier or pay for postage yourself, we cannot reimburse those shipping fees.
Refunds of original shipping charges apply to defective items and are limited to the cost of ground shipping. If you selected express shipping, your refund would cover the ground shipping equivalent.

FULL ONE YEAR:
If your product has a defect or fails to perform as advertised, we'll repair or replace it at no cost for up to one year from the original purchase date. For purchases made through authorized third-party retails, proof of purchase is required. This must include the seller's name, purchase date, item(s) purchased, and shipping information.
All warranty replacement orders are shipped via ground service at no charge. Expedited shipping is available at your request and cost.
Warranty applies to orders within the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Warranty replacements for collars do not include batteries.
- Batteries are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for return or refund.
- If your collar is replaced or repaired under warranty, it will be returned without a battery. New batteries can be purchased separately.
- All door replacements require a credit card on file. The defective unite must be returned within 30 days to avoid additional chargers.
- Return Shipping Labels only available to US based Customers.

- Please email a copy of the proof of purchase (showing the date and item purchased)
- Include your current shipping address and telephone number
- Brief note explaining the issues that you are having and what needs replacement
LIMITED LIFETIME:
If your High Tech Pet product stops working as advertised after the initial one-year warranty period, we'll replace qualifying accessories (such as the MS-5, RX-10, TX-2, Etc.) for 50% off the regular retail price at the time of defective return.
For Power Pet Door units, you're covered too. If your door fails after the one-year warranty period and you choose to purchase a new one, you're eligible for a $100 rebate. We'll even provide a prepaid return label to send back your old door-making the upgrade process easy and affordable.
