I’ve had this door for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it. Installation was done professionally because it had to go through an exterior brick wall, but the entire process was completed in under four hours from start to finish. One recommendation I would make is to pay close attention to your wall depth when ordering. I ended up needing two tunnels and bought a third just in case.

I’ve contacted technical support twice for connectivity issues, and both times the problems were resolved. The first issue happened after I upgraded my router, and the second was caused by duplicate 2.4 GHz network bands. In both cases, the issue was related to my home network setup rather than the door itself.

I especially want to recognize Matt for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient, kind, and willing to walk me through every step of the troubleshooting process. When we initially couldn’t resolve the issue, he even escalated my ticket to make sure I got help as quickly as possible. I eventually figured out that I had two separate 2.4 GHz bands instead of one, which solved the problem, but I truly appreciated how committed Matt and the company were to helping me. It’s rare to find customer support this responsive and genuinely caring these days.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the support team, and I would absolutely recommend this company and their products.

Bryan helped me out a ton. The mainboard on the door failed causing it to spaz out and after contacting customer support the part was sent to me super quick. Not having my door for a few days made me realize how much more convenient it made my life. I'm glad its back in working order now. I'd hate to be without it again.
