We never require an "RMA" number or play any other tricks that some online petmalls do to delay or avoid refunding your money. If you don't like it, send it back, get your money back. It's always quick and easy.
Most other companies, internet based or not, offer at best a 30 day money back guarantee. At High Tech Pet Products, we wish to go beyond the “normal” standards of customer service to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied with your product and with our company. Therefore, we offer you twice the amount of time in which to return your product should you, for any reason, desire a refund. Our products carry a 60 day money back satisfaction period. This is done to ensure that you have ample time to install, test and enjoy your product before deciding that you are completely satisfied.
A Few Simple Rules: If you feel your new product is in any way defective or if you feel that it is just not what you expected or wanted, you may return it to us for a refund within 60 days of your original delivery date. Original shipping charges, whether by air or ground service, are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to our facility. We never pre-arrange shipping or pay for the cost of shipping the product from your location to ours. Merchandise must be in new re-sellable condition, in the original packaging and must include manuals, and all accessories originally provided. Returned items must be clean and free of pet hair, dust, dander, debris and odor. Partial returns, damaged items or items showing wear and tear may not receive a full credit. Your refund will be processed after we receive the product and may take up to 4 weeks for processing. We can not process a refund unless the item has been received and examined by High Tech Pet Products. By offering the 60 day refund period we feel we are going far beyond all normally accepted merchandising standards. We therefore, ask you to understand that this 60 day period is strictly enforced. It is your responsibility to open, examine, install and test your product within the 60 day period. If your product is received by High Tech Pet Products beyond the 60 day period for any reason, you will not receive a refund. In this case, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you as new and in perfect operating condition. If you have previously returned your product for repair or replacement and are unsatisfied with replacement item, you may still return it for refund but, only if it has been less than 60 days from the original delivery date. We ask that you understand that we cannot make a exception to this rule or any other part of the above refund policy for any reason.
NON REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS:
Batteries: Batteries are not eligible for return for refund. Sale of all battery items is final.
Used Wire: We can not accept electronic fence wire which has been used or unspooled for refund or replacement. If you return a containment system which originally included wire and the wire is returned used or has been unspooled or respooled we will deduct the cost of the wire from your refund. You may, of course, return unused, unspooled wire on its original spool for refund.
Used Flags: We can not accept boundary flags that have been removed from the original package or that show any sign of dirt, rust or wear. If you return a containment system which originally included boundary flags and the flags are returned showing signs of use we will deduct the cost of the flags from your refund. You may, of course, return unused flags in their original package for a refund.
Patio Pet Doors Patio Pet Doors (Sliding glass type doors) are considered "Special Order" items. They require special handling and are, in all cases, subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please make sure you have throughly checked the size of the door you need before ordering. It is your responsibility to make sure that your patio pet door fits in your location. In addition, all other conditions above apply.
