Refund policy

 Risk-Free 90-Day In-home Trial:
If you High Tech Pet product doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 90 days for a full refund- We'll even cover the return shipping. While most retailers offer a 30-day return window - and some go as far as 60 - We give you a full 90 days to decide if our product is the right fit for you and your pet. Whether the item is defective or simply not the right fit, we make returns easy by providing a prepaid return shipping label upon request. We make it easy and completely worry-free. How many companies offer a guarantee like that? Honestly, we haven't found one. 

HERE'S THE FINE PRINT: 
To qualify for a refund, your purchase must have been made directly from High Tech Pet website. If you bought a High Tech Pet product through another retailer (EX: Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco Next, Costco), please return it to that store and follow their return policy.
Products must be returned in original, unmodified condition. Items that have been painted, drilled, or otherwise altered are not eligible for a refund. Please inspect your product carefully before making any custom changes. 
We offer a full refund of the product purchase price within 90 days for any reason. Return shipping costs are covered for all returns when requested. However, if you choose to return an item using your own carrier or pay for postage yourself, we cannot reimburse those shipping fees. 
Refunds of original shipping charges apply to defective items and are limited to the cost of ground shipping. If you selected express shipping, your refund would cover the ground shipping equivalent.

NON REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS:
Batteries:
Batteries are not eligible for return for refund. Sale of all battery items is final.
Used Wire: We cannot accept electronic fence wire which has been used or unspooled for refund or replacement. If you return a containment system which originally included wire, and the wire is returned used or has been unspooled or respooled we will deduct the cost of the wire from your refund. You may, of course, return unused, unspooled wire on its original spool for refund.
Used Flags: We cannot accept boundary flags that have been removed from the original package or that show any sign of dirt, rust or wear. If you return a containment system which originally included boundary flags, and the flags are returned showing signs of use we will deduct the cost of the flags from your refund. You may, of course, return unused flags in their original package for a refund.
