This remote doesn't speak to the door quickly at all. The dog has to stand directly and very closely in front of the door for at least 3-5 seconds. I have tried adjusting the door sensitivity without any change noted.

The collar moves a lot (no matter how much I tighten it on neck), so the camera is often not hanging in front of neck in order to open the pet door. Had to put the old, thinner collar back on. Thinner collars will work better.

I love the wider collar. The old black ones were too narrow and frayed easily and fell off. My little girl looks so pretty in the pink collar.Also the clasp is much easier to take on and off. Great products!
