Accessory Replacement Program
Qualifying accessories (including MS-5, RX-10, TX-2 and others) may be replaced at 50% off the current retail price when the defective unit is returned. This offer does not apply to electronic or mechanical components within the Power Pet Door.
Power Pet Door Upgrade Program
If your Power Pet Door unit fails after the one-year warranty period and you purchase a new unit, you are eligible for a $100 refund.
We’ll also provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. customers) to send back your old unit, making the upgrade process simple and affordable.
Eligibility
- Warranty coverage applies to customers within the United States.
- International customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to purchases made through HighTechPet.com and authorized third-party vendors. Valid proof of purchase is required.
- The door must remain in its original, unmodified condition. Modifications, including painting the door or drilling additional holes, may void the warranty.
Important Warranty Details
- Batteries are not covered under warranty.
- All door replacement orders require a credit card on file.
- Defective door units must be returned within 30 days to avoid additional charges.
- Prepaid return shipping labels are available to U.S.-based customers only.
