I thought I was going to need a replacement door. Michelle eased my mind because after talking with her, we tested the collar and Michelle determined that the collar needed to be replaced not the door. I was under warranty and Michelle sent me out a replacement collar immediately.

Doggie collars and door wonderful

We bought high tech doggie door and collars. The door is wonderful! We have two big dogs Kommet and Quigley, they learned how to use it in one day. Gives them freedom with no critters being able to to get in! Love it!
The services is absolutely wonderful. One collar quit working. I called the and right away talked to Michelle. She was so kind and helpful with my problem . Michelle solved it immediately! She’s the best! Thanks so much
