I have five very active working dogs. The tags have held up well to their activity. I did have a bad battery that leaked a couple months after purchase - Michelle was so helpful and shipped me both a replacement tag/collar as well as new batteries. I truly cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her customer support - has been excellent from order through ownership.

It’s sturdy and seems comfortable to my dog. I like that her tag and leash can attach to it so she only needs to wear one collar.

Nice quality collar with hook for leash. Great upgrade to the basic collar as I can now use one collar for the door and for walks.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty with our designer collars. They are designed in a fashion that allows them to be adjusted as small as needed, all the way down to the buckles. You may have to trim of the excess 'collar' and burn the ends to prevent fraying so that it doesnt overlap.
We do have a smaller version of the collar available. It is marketed as a cat collar, but we have a lot of customers with particularly small dogs, or dogs that are not used to wearing collars, that prefer the smaller 'cat' version.
