We love the upgrade on the circuit board. It gives us added security for our dogs. Being able to control the door remotely is awesome.

I've had my pet door for over 7 years & I can't imagine a day without it. The customer service is amazing & the fact that they provide the parts so you can fix the door if something goes wrong instead of purchasing a brand new door (which I was 100% about to do) is just another reason why I highly recommend them! Here's to another 7+ years!!

Putting the board in the door was beyond my ability but I had a friend who came one evening after work and had the front of the door off, board and both cables replaced and back into the door with in 45 minutes! The door works

I Moved into a house with a high tech pet door and knew nothing about it. I simply took a picture of the door, googled it to find the company and placed a phone call. I can not tell you how happy I have been with customer service. It is very unusual in today's time to be able to call a number and actually talk to a person without having to hit a bunch of buttons or wait on hold for an eternity. I have reached out three or four times over the past two years and every time my phone call has been answered quickly and my questions easily answered. The last two times I have called I have talked to Matt and he has been amazing. I would highly recommend this company. They have gone the extra mile to help me fix my issue and have saved me a ton of money by helping me trouble shoot issues. Very very happy overall. Thank you!
