Easy Install

I had an issue with my door and emailed customer support. Heather responded within hours, asked all the right questions, reviewed a video of the problem, and quickly diagnosed the issue. She even sent me a link to the exact part I needed.

The customer service was exceptional, and I was able to replace the part myself with ease. I couldn't be more satisfied. I love this door and can't imagine life without it!

Beware- the components wear out easily

Easy to install but frustrating that we've had to replace the motherboard, motor and cable in less than 3 years since buying the unit. Only the frame is original. Make a better product please because the door is life changing... when it works.

Support was amazing. We have 2 doors that are 7 years old and have worked really well. We had issues last month and I have to say Michelle went above and beyond to help me.
