Large Replacement Door Panel for PX-2 Power Pet™ door

Hi there,

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear the replacement parts worked well for you.

We understand your concern about the cost, and we appreciate your honest feedback. We wanted to check whether the parts may have been eligible for warranty coverage, but unfortunately we were unable to locate your original order in our system.

If your purchase was made through an authorized retailer such as Amazon, Costco, or Home Depot, we may still be able to help. All High Tech Pet Products purchases are backed by a one-year warranty.

If you purchased the parts within the last year, please contact us at wecare@hightechpet.com or 1-800-255-1279. We'd be happy to review your situation and see what options may be available.

We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you.
