Michelle was wonderful and fun to work with!

We were having problems with our door slowly opening and then it just stopped opening all together.
We have had our door for a couple years. We love it.
I called the company. Michelle helped me to diagnose the problem, gave me clear instructions on how to look inside the door at the parts and this enabled me to see that the lift cable was broken.
Michelle helped me to purchase this replacement part for our door.
Very easy process and great customer service. Keep making awesome products! Our dogs and us thank you very much.
