Easy to takeout and install

The instructions they sent was very easy to follow to take out the old motor and easy to install the new motor.

Motor Assembly for pet door almost 10 years old.

I ordered the new motor along with a new cable assembly as mine was sounding like it was struggling and worked intermittently. The motor I received, unfortunately caused the unit to instantly reboot when I pushed the open button. Customer service was superb and immediately sent me a new one as soon as I contacted them. Everything is now working as good as new! I'm a very happy, long term customer and have recommended this product to anybody who will listen.
