Updated concerning excellent customer service….We have used High Tech Pets for years

We have used High Tech Pets for years and I love their products. I’m not as pleased with the new MS-5 pet collar. I am older and my hands are not big and strong, so it is not possible for me to open the MS-5 to change the battery. I would love to be given the option to purchase one of the older designs - as I do not need the extra water proof protection offered by the new design. UPDATE: I had an amazing experience in resolving a problem I was having with electronic collar which operates my Power Pet door. The High Tech Pet representative, Layla, responded to this concern and she went out of her way to a solution which resolved the issue. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism , and I will definitely continue to highly recommend this company. We have been using our HTP Power Pet door for years, and their products certainly make our life easier.
