Power supply failed first day,

Installed the door and was training the dog when the power supply failed. Didn't even last 1 day. Unfortunately the specs on this supply are very unique and I wasn't able to locate a suitable replacement locally. The website shows this item out of stock which means that I'm not the only one with this problem. Sounds like a very weak point in the design.
