Our patented new flap design uses a unique high density felt-on-neoprene sealing system. High strength, rare earth magnets are embedded along the perimeter of a specially designed, wide flange flap. Floating magnetic seals in the frame mate perfectly with the flap to securely hold it closed and draft free even in storm force winds. But, the flap may be effortlessly pushed open by your pet. The secret is in Dura Flex’s multi point magnet system that uses multiple disc magnets placed along the periphery of the flap. Blowing wind works against all magnets at once requiring tremendous force to break the seal. However, the nose-first approach of your dog pushes against only one magnet pair at a time sequentially separating them as it easily moves through the opening.

Dura Flex frames are made of high strength aluminum. Flaps are tough high density vinyl with an extra wide flange sealing surface.
