Easy to replace

Replacement parts are very easy to replace and install. This morning I made a mistake on my order and when I called customer service Michelle was very helpful and made the purchase of the replacements that I needed very easy and simple.

It alright seems like the sensor is starting to

It alright seems like the sensor is starting to act up again I suspect the sensor or mother board to the unit once Ichanged the sensor its been good for a week and a half then door started opening and closing on its own non stop unless I shut the unit of and unplug it for a few hours

It sounds like a main circuit board issue if the door is going up and down when it is NOT triggered by the pet. I reviewed your account history and don't see that you have replaced it in the past. Great if you are a DIY Repair Person

The low rating and frustration comes from the fact that it is even necessary to have replace the sensors and this is a common problem. When a consumer is spending over $1,000 for a product, you would hope the parts would last more than 2 years. Manufacture a better quality product so it isn’t necessarily to replace the parts regularly.
