- Warranty replacements for collars do not include batteries.
- Batteries are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for return or refund.
- If your collar is replaced or repaired under warranty, it will be returned without a battery. New batteries can be purchased separately.
- All door replacements require a credit card on file. The defective unite must be returned within 30 days to avoid additional chargers.

Power Pet Door Units: If your door fails after the one-year warranty period and you choose to purchase a new unit, you're eligible for a $100 refund. We’ll also provide a prepaid return label to send back your old door, making the upgrade process simple and affordable.
