Wonderful door. A+ customer service. I called the company for help. I spoke with Michelle and learned that my door was auto retracting. She walked me through a few things and resolved the problem. Our dog enjoys the door so much. Thank you for making a terrific door and having great people working in customer service!
Hi Brandee, thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad Michelle could help resolve the issue and that your dog is enjoying the door. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with her and our team.

Love it! Easy to install, works great! Only issue, the remote is too big! We have a 20 pound dog & it’s stupid big on his collar. Please make a smaller remote for small dogs!!
Hi Blingmeister, thanks for the great review! We’re thrilled the door was easy to install and is working well. We appreciate your feedback about the remote size for smaller dogs and will share it with our design and engineering team.

Our dogs LOVE this door the door has been installed in out home for about 3 weeks and they enjoy the freedom

Works as described, fast installation, app is easy, and lets you know when the dogs enter, exit, and the times. It’s made my life, much easier. Recently I was out of state, and one dog is slow, the door kept going down while he was inside. I can verify, the door does retract, if the dogs inside. I was able to adjust the door open time from 2 seconds to 6 seconds. I will advise to make the cut lower than the directions say.. the closer to the floor the easier it is for large dogs. I had to recut the door. I advise make certain the opening isn’t higher than the dogs normal walk
Hi there! We're so glad to hear the Power Pet WiFi Smart Dog Door is making your life easier and that you found the installation and app user-friendly. Thank you for your helpful tip about adjusting the cut height — we'll pass that along to improve guidance for larger dogs. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I thought I needed to order a new door, but after talking with Michelle, I learned that all I needed was a replacement part. Now I can have my door for years to come and being able to buy parts is affordable.
Michelle explained which part I needed and why. Thank you Michelle for your outstanding customer service and thank you High Tech for an awesome product.
