Ok in my old door panel for the refurbishment but determined it was beyond repair. Instead of having buy a whole new support gave me a new door and was able to get installed and back quickly.

This program worked great for us and we are really grateful. We sent the broken one and a new one came that worked great.
My only concern was shipping. We paid Postal Annex for one way (us to them) and it was cost prohibitively expensive. I hope that if we need to use the service again we can find someone to ship for less than $200.
