After realizing one of the knobs went missing, I needed a replacement for the indoor. I was glad it was avaliable and can be shipped. Best part was the fast shipping process and an extra one just in case. I am both satisfied and relieved to get things functioning again, especially for the price.

The knobs are fine. They are an exact replacement. Unfortunately the new knob did not solve the problem. The old knob broke off well over a year ago. Initially however, the door still functioned fine. Gradually we have lost sensitivity on the inside sensor. The dog now searches me out to open the door for her when she wants to go out. The sensor for coming back in still works fine. I had hopped being able to adjust the sensitivity again would solve the problem, it did not. So $13 later, I still have a problem.

Replacement knobs are easy to install and look great!!
