Unfortunately the set screws and angle brackets were missing in the initial order. They were shipped right away as soon as I notified the manufacturer. Customer service is excellent.

After 15 years we decided to replace our pet door with the same model. Excellent product and best thing for our German Shepherds who can access their enclosed outside space for potty breaks. Cannot imagine to be without the connivence of this pet door.

I needed a new wall tunnel, but wasn’t sure about the size.
Michelle helped me by quickly looking up my past orders.
She identified the size I needed and I was able to purchase the replacement tunnel over the phone.
Michelle made it easy and simple. I have two pet doors and absolutely love them.

Exactly what I needed!
