Worked for about 5 minutes and then stopped. Have contacted customer service and they are hopefully sending a replacement. Disappointing as this is the second part I have had to replace.

I purchased a replacement circuit board after the original was damaged, likely due to frequent power outages while the power company was carrying out work in the area. The swap from the old board to the new one was effortless, even for someone with no electronics background.

The dog door itself is around five years old, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the other moving parts are still in good condition. Once reassembled, the door is working like new.
