The product concept is ingenious, but you have a fairly long wait if you need a technical person on the phone. I have had to replace several collars over the course of 5 years (old MS-2 collar). They promptly did this for free, and the updated MS-4 collar is now reliable. I had to replace a circuit board and a motor, both of which came with pretty good instructions. I ordered the motor @12:00 noon west Coast time and had it by early afternoon the next day. My friends see this contraption and marvel at it. Overall I'm better off with it than without it. It sure beats the "flap" style door that lets in unwanted creatures. If they had a better way to handle phone traffic, I'd give them an A .
