I had a motor that died on a pet door, and ordered two just in case the motor goes on my other door. When the package came it only had one motor. Called the company and without question they sent me another one with special delivery. This is the second time I needed a part and the service is always great!!

I have been having issues with my automatic door

I have been having issues with my automatic door. Even dough it states it’s made for cold weather, when very cold it doesn’t close properly and always stays in motion. I did change the motor snd even the pulley and wire, still the same issue. The motor itself eas really easy to change.
