This thing works great, I added a thin layer of caulk at the joints of the wall tunnel and where the door inserts in the tunnel to help with water leaking through them and into the wall. Our door is located close enough to sprinklers that if the wind blows just right it can be a problem.

The tunnel itself worked exactly as expected. It would have been nice to know that I would need an additional tunnel to fit my exterior wall with the power roll up dog door, and then it would have been even better if the two tunnels together had fit without overhang (my choices were 1.5" too short or 1.5" too long - I chose an extra tunnel and 1.5" too long). A smaller or custom tunnel to the proper dimensions would have been best.

Dogs really love this new automatic door, no more fear of having to rush through flaps. Also door stops cold wind from coming in the house.
