Never again.

Great concept. Loved it when it worked but never lasted more than a few months before needind parts and service. Very pricey for something made of cheap plastic parts built to fail.

Door replacment

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!! In order to receive a refurbished door; You first have to send the door that’s not working then the will repair it and send it back to you. However the process take two weeks. In the meantime you have a hole in to side of your home until it can be returned. In my opinion this is bad business!!!

I'm assuming my pet dfoor coulod not be fixed, or was in to bad of shape to fix, because I received a brand new one in a matter of days.
