Regarding shipping, we apologize if our free shipping policy for orders over $50 was not clearly communicated on our website or during your interaction with our team. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention.

While we're unable to refund shipping charges, as those fees are paid directly to the carrier, we'd be happy to send you additional batteries that exceed the value of the shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill.
