It worked great

It worked great, but the only part we needed was the very bottom slat with the magnet strip. It is a bit frustrating to have to buy a full door to just get one little bit. I feel like when I ordered the door, replacement fins of the door flap were available.

Thanks for posting your review. I totally understand your frustration. We did used to sell replacement parts for the Armor Flex doors, however, we found that once people started disassembling and reassembling the flap, it severely compramised the integrity of the product. What we did to resolve the issue is that since we had to stop selling parts, we greatly reduced the price of the replacement flap.

Additionally, we do have a full 1 year warranty on everything we sell. No matter where you ordered it from. I attemped to look up your account history to see if you were within that warranty, but wasnt able to find the original order. Perhaps you ordered from Amazn, Chewey, Home Depot etc?

I have had to replace this flap 3 times in 1

I have had to replace this flap 3 times in 1.5 years along with several repairs to existing flap. The way it mounts to the door frame is not heavy duty and a major break point on this door.

Replacement Was Easy

The replacement was easy; however, the top of the new flap did not match the existing frame. All it took was replacing the new top-flap link with the old one, and I was able to make it all work. I'm so happy the parts were interchangeable. I'm looking forward to another six years of the new flap working.
