We have 2 dogs, a small yorkie and a bigger Sammy. They are constantly bugging us to be let out to the back yard. It became very annoying. We finally decided to splurge and get the WiFi pet door. Just installed it today and it works great! The Sammy already has figured out on how to use it. Unfortunately, we purchased an extra collar rx-10 collar because it was rechargeable but it’s too big for our Yorkie. So we haven’t been able to test it with him. Also, our house is brick and we ordered the tunnel kit, but we discovered we need an extra kit. We reached out to customer service and I’m sure they will have no issue exchanging the collar for the smaller one and selling us an extra tunnel kit. Love it so far!

I’ve had my door for a year now and it has been so great. When I first bought it, I would have given it a four star due to the amount of time it took to connect to the door with my phone when away from home. This problem has been fixed and I can now connect to it almost instantly. My dog has really put this door to the test by running in and out of it every day and it’s performed flawlessly. Very high quality and I highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the wifi door and the app. I was away from home for a couple of days and I was able to keep my dog inside at night and let him out during the day. This is truly my most useful wifi "gadget".

I love the door and the idea behind it. I travel a lot for work and needed a solution to control when it is necessary to close the dog door and keep the pups in the house. A Wifi controlled dog door was the solution. I can't give it 5 stars because the remote control portion of the app is hit or miss. If I'm half way across the country, it may take multiple attempts and 20 minutes to get the app to connect with the door. My wifi camera's connect almost instantly, so not sure why the dog door app struggles. If they can resolve this issue, it's 5 stars.
