It really doesn't work all that well

It really doesn't work all that well. Seems like my dog gets stuck outside. He does have long hair but the other collar. I didn't have that much of a problem with. Also, the little item that's supposed to hold the excess collar intact. Doesn't really work too big. Other than that, I think the product is great. The product itself the door. The collar and the cover, not so good. I'll have to change back
