My dogs are really tough on our doors and bang them a lot when they’re in a hurry to get outside. I appreciate Repair parts to keep the door, functional and easy to install.

I am so excited about my door working again. I have had the door for 5 years. It began not working. High Tech Pet helped me to figure out what the problem was. After talking with Michelle she suggested that I get a new circuit board. I was so nervous thinking this still may not work, but it did! And now my door is working again! Michelle knew right away what the problem was and helped my dogs, Zip & Zoey, to be happy again and to have their door back. I love my Power Pet Door.

Replaced circuit board with no issues, fixed door opening and closing continuously. Now I have an issue with replacing power adaptor causing control lights on interior side to blink with NO door action.
What's next???

Worked for one day then more problems. This dog door needs constant repair and investment. In five years I’ve bought a motor and new cord, 3 new motherboards and replaced the whole door.

We love the upgrade on the circuit board. It gives us added security for our dogs. Being able to control the door remotely is awesome.
