I Moved into a house with a high tech pet door and knew nothing about it. I simply took a picture of the door, googled it to find the company and placed a phone call. I can not tell you how happy I have been with customer service. It is very unusual in today's time to be able to call a number and actually talk to a person without having to hit a bunch of buttons or wait on hold for an eternity. I have reached out three or four times over the past two years and every time my phone call has been answered quickly and my questions easily answered. The last two times I have called I have talked to Matt and he has been amazing. I would highly recommend this company. They have gone the extra mile to help me fix my issue and have saved me a ton of money by helping me trouble shoot issues. Very very happy overall. Thank you! I wish more companies would have this kind of customer service and stand behind their product so well!.

I bought my doors back in 2018, and have been great. And when there is any issue whether it be a collar not working and any issue with the door big or small, customer service has always been on point ready to help and always happy to do so.

it was an easy fix. its refreshing to work with a company with a strong customer support system in place and one that supports older models, and not just trying to up sell me to the latest product.

The older model has its issues, (mine is probably 12plus years old.) My husband keeps it hobbling along all these years but the new part is AWESOME. It works well. The collars- THATS A DIFFERENT STORY. Bulky and NOT WATER PROOF NOR RESISTANT. I can’t believe they haven’t updated it (maybe they have- I don’t know ) I’m not sure I’d buy another. They are so expensive. If there was another that lock down- I’d buy it. It’s just another thing to tear up- be it 1 year or 5 or whatever.

This circuit board is problematic. It failed while we were on vacation in early June 2026. Luckily I had a replacement board on hand installed it in mid June. I ordered another board (Order# H-491722). Today is August 22nd and the board I installed in mid June has already gone bad. These boards cost $80 each and are only worth about $5.
