Support was amazing. We have 2 doors that are 7 years old and have worked really well. We had issues last month and I have to say Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Our pet door stopped working

Our pet door stopped working, I called after removing the back. I could see the motor move and then stop. So I didn’t know if it were the motor or the circuit board? The person on the phone suggested we try the motor first.
It arrived in a few days and the motor was the problem.
