Our doggy door wasn’t working right so I called the company. Very helpful and easy to fix.

After 13-14 years of use, our power pet door quit working where it would only open from inside, so our dog would be stuck outside. I took the door apart and found one of the wires on the outside sensor had corrosion and came apart from the sensor. It had broken under the epoxy, so there was no way for me to repair the wire. I came to the website expecting to have to purchase a new door, when I found they have repair parts. I ordered the new sensor harness for my door, and it arrived today. I made a video of me replacing the sensors. From initial taking door apart, removing old sensors, installing new sensors, function testing and reassembly, it took 17 mins. The sensors work perfectly, and I didn't have to buy a new door. 24.00 sensors versus 500.00 door. No brainer. This is a fantastic product and we have had, and continue to have, excellent performance from it. It's nice being able to buy a product that is this reliable. I wish more things were. Over the years I have recommended this product to my friends with pets.

Wow after years of having this door what a great company. Walked me through step by step what the issues could be on a door we purchased in 2007. Easy fix on the consumer side of things and works like new after the circuit board too being replaced but so worth it.

I have had the wi-fi pet door for a few years and it has worked without incident. Recently the door would not open when our dog was outside looking to come back in. It would only open if I held the colla up close to the door sensor. I called customer service and described this problem. They determined I needed a new sensor. I came within a week and I was able to disassemble my door and install the new sensor. The part is actually both sensors wired together. The entire project took about an hour. No special skills needed just a little patience, and take your time. Working flawlessly
