Not impressed

I have replaced this item three times in a year, not impressed. It ferries and then brakes.

Hi Tom,
I'm sorry this is happening. We see this from time to time with pets that are particularly 'eager' to exit or enter and they hit the door panel on their way through. That said, we always warranty every part we sell for a full year.
Please feel free to reach out to me at wecare@hightechpet.com anytime and I will send you a few spares if this is happening regularly. I understand it doesn't help with the inconvenience, but at least it mitigates the cost.
