I’m going to have to contact y’all because I sent the wrong part that I’ve been waiting for over a week to fix my dog door. Pretty disappointed. ☹️

We love our power pet door and are so glad they offer replacement parts since our dog is very anxious and runs into the door before it goes up fully and finally broke it. The replacement parts fixed the door and saved us a lot of money not having to replace the entire door.Highly recommended!!
