I am very pleased with the product itself. I thought I would be able to change it out myself, it was more difficult than I expected and had to get someone else to do it.

Best Doggie door ever. Just freshening up after years of mud and construction.

The replacement flap works great but it is a pain to put on, it doesn't come with instructions, and there are no instructions or videos online or on the website which walk you through the steps. Once you remove the inside panel, you need to remove the side brackets to get to the flap. Make sure you have a number 2 screwdriver. It is basically mandatory. If I had know all that before I started, I would have given it 5 stars.
