Great quality. Aluminum construction is precise and easy to install. Finally a door flap that’s built solid, effective design with substance to keep cold air out and the magnets on both sides that run up the entire door is truly effective in creating a viable seal. Took dogs a minute to realize how hard they have to push compared to old door (design) of those thin plastic doors that barely seal and curl over time. Anxious to see how the company stands behind the product… but with the way it was built I’m confident they will.

PS: When ordering the door be sure to check the wall fill part (I assumed it was part of the kit). Called customer service and they hooked me up and shipped it to me express. Wish they specified that better on website as description is slightly deceiving but again they made it right.

I love this pet door! It took a couple of days for my pets to get comfortble with it though. It is an excellent product.
