Refund Policy

Qualifying Items All of the items available on our website are covered by our 60 day refund policy except those listed below under Non-qualifying items.

Refund Period You may return your qualifying product for refund within 60 days of purchase. The item must be received at our facility no later than 60 calendar days from the date your product was shipped. Please be aware that ground shipping to and from our facility may take up to 7 calendar days each way and the shipping time is included in the 60 day period. Items received after this date will not be refunded but may still qualify for repair or replacement under our one year warranty.
RMA Number Before sending your item back for a refund, we require that you obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To obtain an RMA number please fill out our online request form by clicking on the following link. REFUND REQUEST FORM. Items received without an advance RMA number will not receive a refund.
Shipping Charges While we will refund the full price of your qualifying product returned within the 60 refund period, all shipping charges both to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are in no case refundable. The original cost of shipping, via ground or air, will be deducted from your refund amount. In no case will High Tech Pet Products send a call tag or otherwise arrange or pay for shipping of your returned product back to the factory. You are fully responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to High Tech Pet Products.
