Product Description: Your new POWER PET Electronic Pet Door is like no other pet door made. It uses an electric motor to quickly open its movable door panel much like a power car window but much faster. A pet worn collar sends a signal to an ultrasonic microphone telling the door that your pet is approaching. User controls include an ON/OFF push button and a MANUAL OPEN momentary push button. The Power Pet is built with a high quality, rugged aluminum main frame. The frame is coated with an industrial quality powder paint to resist corrosion and scratches. The moving door panel for the smaller PP-1 unit is made of an attractive, translucent Lexan polycarbonate, the toughest, bulletproof plastic made. The panel for the larger PP-2 unit is made of .030” steel, which is also powder, coated with an industrial quality finish. An attractive acrylic front panel encloses the electronics and internal mechanical systems.

The Power Pet’s unique Patented drive system enables the product to maintain a very slim profile of only 1.75 inches. This allows the Power Pet to be surface mounted to any wall, door or sliding glass patio door. There is no need to mount this unit between your wall studs. For door and wall installation you cut a hole the size of the opening, just like a conventional pet door. The Power Pet then quickly screws into place requiring you to install only 8 mounting screws. In minutes your new Power Pet door is installed and secure.
